Great experience. Received email notifications throughout the whole process. The owner himself installed the unit and was very professional. A service technician came later to make adjustments to the new furnace and was also very professional and friendly. I would recommend. As a retired Military Veteran, I know bad customer service and will not tolerate bad service. I had estimates from 2 other companies and one of the companies took some photos and measurements and was gone in 5 minutes. That company did not explain anything. Superior Heating is outstanding. We tried four other long established plumbers and was disappointed with them all – lack of attention to detail, unreasonable overage charges, no-shows, etc. Superior showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about our older boiler system, fixed another plumber's mistakes and was reasonably priced.
