Services

We provide full technical and repair services for all products and equipment in the residential marketplace.

For residential customers we provide up front pricing; after the problem is diagnosed, a firm price is established so the customer knows exactly how much the repair will cost.

Maintenance

Before the heating or cooling season, it's a good idea to have your system checked for proper operation. We can help prevent small problems from becoming large problems.

We offer a complete maintenance program for both our residential and commercial customers. We'll maintain your equipment on our calendar at regular intervals so you don't have to remember when it's time to service your equipment.

Guarantee

We have a 100% guarantee that your new system will operate at manufacturers design specification, no questions asked.

Installations

When it's time to replace that old or inefficient furnace or air conditioner, rest assured that we calculate the size of the new equipment. We perform a computerized load calculation based on your building construction. If you have insulated, sided your home, or changed windows since the original construction, the equipment load has been reduced, thus, your home will need smaller capacity equipment. Our installation personnel are professionally trained to properly install the new equipment, maintaining the highest level of comfort and efficiency.

Repair

Should you require service on your residential heating and cooling comfort system, our skilled technicians have the knowledge and experience to diagnose, adjust and repair the system so that you are comfortable all year long. However, before you call for service, check your air filter. If it's dirty, replace it with a new one to see if that restores satisfactory operation. If you do require service, take confidence in our up front pricing. The cost of repair will be discussed before we proceed with the work so you know exactly how much it will cost to restore your system. And of course, all our technicians are EPA certified in the safe handling of refrigerant.
